Stratix5, stratix 10, and arria 10 support HMC (Hybrid Memory Cube). Is there a HMC "bridge" planned to be added in a future version of the IP catalog ? Maybe this is still available, where i can find it ? Regards
Honored ContributorI would assume so. But when is the biggest questions. It' looks like they have it working already based on some press releases, but it may not be "Packaged" as an IP yet.

It's probably they just want to focus on the 10 family for support, but the IO's on the V family definitely look like they are capable. Could it be the Arria 10 has an HMC hardcore? That would be nice. I'm sure at those speed the timing closer is a pain otherwise. Pete
