Hybrid Memory Cube HMC, IPs available ?

Hi, Stratix5, stratix 10, and arria 10 support HMC (Hybrid Memory Cube). Is there a HMC "bridge" planned to be added in a future version of the IP catalog ? Maybe this is still avail...

That's funny, since the press release was touting the Stratix V capabilities with HMC..

It's probably they just want to focus on the 10 family for support, but the IO's on the V family definitely look like they are capable.

Could it be the Arria 10 has an HMC hardcore? That would be nice. I'm sure at those speed the timing closer is a pain otherwise.
