how to use ddr2 sdram

Hi everyone,

i want to implement a simple system with a Nios ii and a ddr2 sdram controller on a cyclone ii development board by quartus ii 7.2.I have downloaded the Application Note 398:Using DDR/DDR2 SDRAM With SOPC Builder from www.altera.com. when i design acronding to the AN, i can not find the file:ddr2_sdram_0_debug_design.v.what is the matter?

Can anyone help me?

Can you give any suggestion on how to use ddr/ddr2 sdram?
