High Performance DDR2 Controller Simulation Problem

I'm trying to simulate a High Performance DDR2 Controller for a Cyclone III using ModeSim PE. What simulation file am I to use in ModelSim? Do I use the <variation name> _auk_ddr_hp_controller_wrapper.vho or <variation name>.vho? Unfortuantly, I don't have a <variation name>.vho, but I do have a <variation name>_phy.vho? When I simulate, do I only include one of the files above or do I also include the Megawizard generated file (i.e. <variation name>.vhd)?
