In passthrough mode the motion bleed is turned off and the deinterlacer will stop looking more than one frame in the past. So you just need the bandwidth to store the input frames in memory and then get them back (same as the frame buffer). Assuming that your numbers are correct and that the 21.3 number applies to your parameterization you would need : 1920x1080x21.3x60 x 2 = 5.3 Gbps. This will usually be less than when the core deinterlaces 1080i60.
