You can download the gold code generator from the MATLAB site

1) http://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/fileexchange/17440-generation-of-gold-codes

and if you want to download any Altera reference design then go to the altera web site and click on the reference design then you get all the reference design which altera have and then click on the selected reference design which you want to download and then log in. after that you are able to download the complete reference design in a zip format :)
