boundary scan on quartus II

Does quartus II has this function:

chane my IP to the one which can performance boundary scan?

    Altera virtual JTAG IP is attached to the JTAG chain through USER0 and USER1 instructions, but it can't modify standard BS operation. See the virtual JTAG Megafunction users guide for details.
