YES ! Thanks : I confirm that the patch does solve this issue (I tested the Windows patch).
In my case, I had a crash, then a messed up window when I tried again

Those who like me practiced Quartus since it did exist know this PLL GUI is jinxed :-)

Thank you for confirming that the patch works.
Do you have any other issues with the Quartus crash? Is it related to the ALTPLL GUI, or is it a completely new issue?

  Hi Richards,
  No, it was the 1st time that I opened the PLL that the GUI just crashed, it didn't happened after the patch.
  BTW : I tried to submit a SR about the Questa license generation (Are you aware of the that ?) but the Intel report system ended up with an "Error" pop up. So I think I'll wait until this migrates to Altera before attempting SRs.
