Honored ContributorSince there is no specific spec on the IO bank sink current limitation, I believe this should be already taken care by the sink current per IO pin. As long as you ensure no exceed the limit of each IO pin, the bank should be safe.
Honored ContributorFrom a hardware designer perspective, it would be a bad design if the ground does not support all the sinking current from all its IO pins max sinking current. It is more like a rule of thumb unless he knows that he is not sinking that much current. :)
