Total I/O sink current per max v I/O bank

Hi, is there any sink current limitation per IO bank in max v device? I only find the sink current per io pin from the data sheet. Thanks for any advice here

From a hardware designer perspective, it would be a bad design if the ground does not support all the sinking current from all its IO pins max sinking current. It is more like a rule of thumb unless he knows that he is not sinking that much current. :)
