Thermal Resistance of A5ED065BB32AI4S fpga

Hi,

There is no simple (Theta) thermal resistance data available for this device family. Thermal analysis of Agilex 5 devices requires the use of the PTC/PTA and Compact Thermal Models (CTM) in CFD sims to determine appropriate thermal cooling solutions.
