Thermal Resistance for 10M16SCU324A7G

Hi, I am trying to find the thermal resistance for the FPGA PN: 10M16SCU324I7G.

Specifically, I am trying to find theta junction - lead, junction - case, or even junction - ambient. If you have anyone of the above that would be very helpful.
