Sampling voltages inside FPGA

Hey,

I would like to know how can I sample some inside FPGA's voltages? There are some internal ADCs that I connect them and read the samples from them?

For example, The FPGA's supply voltage.

Thank you very much

    可以的,使用FPGA自带的温度传感器IP,配合Nios程序即可读取6个FPGA的供电电压和2个ADC输入电压。。。

That would totally depend on which FPGA you are referring to, and you don't say at all.

Generally speaking this is not a feature FPGAs provide.

        Hi @Gyud0

For CycloneV, there is no Voltage/Temperature sensor circuitry/IP.
Only Arria10 and Stratix10 devices has it.
