Hey,
I would like to know how can I sample some inside FPGA's voltages? There are some internal ADCs that I connect them and read the samples from them?
For example, The FPGA's supply voltage.

Regular ContributorThat would totally depend on which FPGA you are referring to, and you don't say at all.
Generally speaking this is not a feature FPGAs provide.

For CycloneV, there is no Voltage/Temperature sensor circuitry/IP.
Only Arria10 and Stratix10 devices has it.- Gyud0
Can you give me the IP's name for the Arria10 and Stratix 10?
