Reset FPGA System via console

How can I reset the hole FPGA with the NIOS II Command Line?

Just found quartus_pgm command but I am to stupid to run it.

quartus_pgm -c USB-BLASTER -m JTAG -i doesnt work.

OK, then this is no solution for me.

Well, I have to describe my problem deeper:

Got 8 CPUs with on-chip-memory and a 9th which is running on flash/RAM.

I want to update the on-chip-mem(programm it) and then I want to reset the hole system. How can I do this?

quartus_pgm is used to program the fpga so you need a sof

    quartus_pgm -c 1 -m jtag -o "p;my_sof.sof"

where -c is the cable numbr or name as reported by jtagconfig

    --dalon
