Reset FPGA System via console

How can I reset the hole FPGA with the NIOS II Command Line? Just found quartus_pgm command but I am to stupid to run it. quartus_pgm -c USB-BLASTER -m JTAG -i doesnt work.

quartus_pgm is used to program the fpga so you need a sof

quartus_pgm -c 1 -m jtag -o "p;my_sof.sof"

where -c is the cable numbr or name as reported by jtagconfig
