Life time of EPM3128ATI100

What’s the data on service life (expiration date) for EPM3128ATI100

I know this item is EOL already but i need the other info about warranty period and How long can a chip be used if it was in the package?

      Thanks for you reply. But you do not understand my answer correctly.

      I know this item already EOL, but I want to know what’s the best before date for using and how long can a chip be used if it was in the package?

        Hi Chris, 

         

        Oh you mean the data retention period once it programmed? The data retention period for Altera device is 10years.
