Functional Failures EP2AGX65DF29C4G

Hi Altera Team.

We have functional failures regarding the item EP2AGX65DF29C4G, we review the material physically and we notice some notorious physicals differences between the components, see pictures below, I would like to know what is the differences between each other and if you have an specific data sheet for each component I would appreciated if you can shared it with me.
