FPGA SoCs can't be downloaded using HPS

Refer to the image I uploaded for the error message

We designed an arria10 FPGA, but I can't use Jtag to download it, I don't know what's wrong with the hardware design

    Hello,

    For further debugging, may I know what is the output of the command jtagconfig in your environment?

      the message is that

      $ jtagconfig
      1) USB-Blaster [USB-0]
      02E630DD 10AS027E(1|2|3|4)/10AS027H1/..
      4BA00477 SOCVHPS

    Hi,

    You may try this command, while i try to replicate your issue


    quartus_hp -c 1 -o p --boot -a 0x0 <your_image.bin>
