FPGA SoCs can't be downloaded using HPS

Refer to the image I uploaded for the error message We designed an arria10 FPGA, but I can't use Jtag to download it, I don't know what's wrong with the hardware design

quartus_hp -c 1 -o p --boot -a 0x0 <your_image.bin>
