Error (209014): What is the problem?

I am using Quartus version 18.0 on linux.

FPGA MAX10 device number 10M08SAM156CBG

I programmed the same image yesterday. It was fine.

    CONF_DONE pin failed to go high in device 3.

    I have secure_jtag enabled.

    I could load the image yesterday. I had pin to bring out FSM of the secure-jtag block that I got from Intel.

    so I change the image to look at different internal signals.

    Today, I can't erase, can't load .sof or .pof.

    Please help

    Sorry i don't really understand the whole scenario. Could you please elaborate further like what you have done and etc?

    You mentioned about "pin to bring out FSM of the secure-jtag block that i got from Intel", may i know what does that mean?
