Error (209014): What is the problem?

I am using Quartus version 18.0 on linux. FPGA MAX10 device number 10M08SAM156CBG I programmed the same image yesterday. It was fine.

Sorry i don't really understand the whole scenario. Could you please elaborate further like what you have done and etc?

You mentioned about "pin to bring out FSM of the secure-jtag block that i got from Intel", may i know what does that mean?
