DDR5 PHY-only IP availability for Agilex 7 M-Series

Hello,

I am seeking a DDR5 PHY-only IP for the Agilex 7 M-series. I came across an older thread Is DDR5 phy-only IP available? | Altera Community that mentioned plans to release PHY-only support for the EMIF IP on Agilex 7 M-series.

Could you confirm if this plan is still active? Has there been any update on the availability of DDR5 PHY-only mode?

    • Unfortunately the PHY-Only mode is not available in Agilex 7 M-series.

     

    The user can use PHY-Lite IP to implement the DDR5 PHY-Only and used user own memory controller to connect with the IP.

    • Unfortunately the PHY-Only mode is not available in Agilex 7 M-series.
