    "Could you confirm if this plan is still active? Has there been any update on the availability of DDR5 PHY-only mode?"

    • Unfortunately the PHY-Only mode is not available in Agilex 7 M-series.

     

    The user can use PHY-Lite IP to implement the DDR5 PHY-Only and used user own memory controller to connect with the IP.

  • Unfortunately the PHY-Only mode is not available in Agilex 7 M-series.

 

The user can use PHY-Lite IP to implement the DDR5 PHY-Only and used user own memory controller to connect with the IP.
