Cyclone IV Programming

Hi

I have a board with EP4CE622C8. I pull up CONF_DONE, nCONFIG and nSTATUS by 10K resisters. MSEL0,1,2 and nCE pins is connected to GND. According to datasheet Cyclone IV E , I connect Jtag to FPGA and all VCCIO and VCCINT pins, but it doesn't program.:(

I use USB Blaster and Byte Blaster MV. in addition I have tested the board by different PCs and Quartus II, but still the problem.

I would be grateful, if you consult me in the problem.

    It doesn't do programming through Passive Serial or JTAG? If You're programming the FPGA using passive serial, then check if the data flow is correct.

    Thanks for your answer. At first I want to program the FPGA by JTAG that in this case all MSEL pins are ignored; then I want to use EPCS16. Now I select MSEL[2..0]=010; while the usb blaster is connected the chip isn't recognized by programmer!

    The problem is somewhere in JTAG chain then. Use jtag chain debugger.
