    I tried to download the file from Microsoft Edge and faced the same error as you provided.

    When I changed to another web browser, such as Google Chrome, it is working, and I am able to download the folder.

     

    Can you also try and update your findings?

      Thank you for your information.
      I tried Firefox on my side and it worked.
      I'm happy if altera fixes this problem.
