hello i got BittWare A10PL4 COTS FPGA but support not give me drivers and sdk seller also not give me anything can anyone help me to get driver for my device i bought it for hobistic projecs for me not for comercial use

I would recommend you to get help from Bittware customer support : https://www.bittware.com/contact/
Unfortunately, Altera dont have the file/information you need.
