Agilex5 Engineering Silicon
Hi, Could someone help me find out what types of LPDDR5 configuration are supported by Agilex5 production and engineering silicon? Especially LPDDR5 2×16. Thanks!

I see that LPDDR5 2x16 is officially supported.
Could you please confirm whether LPDDR5 2x16 also works on the Agilex 5 Engineering Silicon?

In the Release Notes documentation below Table 6, there is a note mention the ES devices is supported.
- 1 = Applicable to these OPNs: A5EC065BB23AEXSR0, A5EC065BB32AEXSR0, A5ED065BB23AEXSR0 and A5ED065BB32AEXSR0.

Are there any known issues with the placement of the reference clock for these ES devices with the LPDDR5/LPDDR4 2x16 setting?
