Advantest / Jabil Penang _Reject part returns under FPGA - MPN: 10M16SAU169C8G - 7pcs

Hi Intel folks, @Farabi

Jabil Penang manufacturing line found 9pcs MPN: 10M16SAU169C8G FPGA component with failure symptom - measure 3.3V, LLD measured as 12.5 ohm expected 600ohm.

Please kindly advise how are we going to perform the reject parts return.

Its urgent case. Need response ASAP.

Will share the Device Problem report in short while.
