I got this link before, but what I really need, I do not know if exists, is the PDF full datasheet that contains information and images as shown in the attached image. Is that possible?

You may find the pin-out information from the links below. Though it is not exactly what you're seeking out, but basically it is the same thing. The one that you've attached actually the image from the pin planner in Quartus.
