which are the source servers for opkg in angstrom for stratix10 SOC on v19.1?

I'm trying to setup opkg for downloading ​some basic packages on board as gcc or dbg, looking at angstrom feeds: http://feeds.angstrom-distribution.org/feed last version is 18.12 and there is not any target for fpga-SOC or equivalents as it was on 14.x for arria SOC, can anyone please point on how to setup opkg for latest stratix soc platforms?, there are a guide for aria soc but those servers pointd also just covers until 14.x, thanks.
