which are the source servers for opkg in angstrom for stratix10 SOC on v19.1?

I'm trying to setup opkg for downloading ​some basic packages on board as gcc or dbg, looking at angstrom feeds: http://feeds.angstrom-distribution.org/feed last version is 18.12 and there is not any...
