which are the source servers for opkg in angstrom for stratix10 SOC on v19.1?

I'm trying to setup opkg for downloading some basic packages on board as gcc or dbg, looking at angstrom feeds: http://feeds.angstrom-distribution.org/feed last version is 18.12 and there is not any...
