Not seeing the JTAG scan chain on Cyclone 10LP

Question

Here is my FPGA schematic and some screenshots of the programmer software. This is running on Windows 10. When I try to access the chip, the blue light on the USB Blaster goes on for about half a second, and then I get "(Failed)" or "Unable to scan device chain." What am I doing wrong?

Hi,Connect JTAG pins correctly to the download cable header. Ensure the pin order is not reversed.Check if the board is Power properly. Check POR from the Handbook. Hi,Check If another board working with the same setup(board, configuration, USB cable &amp; power supply setup)? if yes. We have to suspect board.Check if the board is Power properly. Check POR from the HandbookCheck the pull-up resistors on the configuration side.check for Solder Bridging, Lifted Components &amp; Solder Skips.RegardsAnand
