Not seeing the JTAG scan chain on Cyclone 10LP

Hi,

  1. Connect JTAG pins correctly to the download cable header. Ensure the pin order is not reversed.
  2. Check if the board is Power properly. Check POR from the Handbook.
  3. Noise on any of JTAG pins could cause JTAG programming to fail for the entire chain.
  4. Auto-detect and check once.
