Hi, What are the tolerances for the 5AGXMB7G4F35C5N BGA package or where can i find them? Especially the height tolerances including the BGA are needed.

The PDF says A1 are the dimensions for the BGA itself. Are these dimensions valid after soldering?

I need to know the tolerances for A1 after soldering.
