Arria 10 GX Dev Board: USB-Blaster plugged into JTAG port can't access JTAG chain?

My Arria 10 GX dev. board works fine as long as I am accessing the JTAG chain using the USB port on the front end of the board (where the micro-USB cable plugs in). But, if I try to use a USB-Blaste...

We are facing same issue. can u provide solution for this
