Are people still using CPLD?

Question

I do not see current posts concerning CPLDs. Everything seems to be FPGAs.Should I just skip CPLDs. If not, which development board should I start learning  with?

Thanks very much for the information. My confusion with the MAX 10 boards is they all talk about FPGA and not CPLD. Can you explain?Thanks,Sid

MAX series is CPLD / FPGA. Whereas Cyclone, Stratix, Arria and Agilex are FPGA.
