Agilex 7 I-Series Kit: F-Tile Ethernet license issue

We are using the Agilex 7 I-Series development kit. We have set up the license that came with the board, however Quartus tells me that using the F-Tile Ethernet IP needs a license. How do I fix this?

    I already downloaded the license. The license does not support the Ethernet F-Tile IP, and gives a time-limited warning.
