Why does System Console fail to open more than 10 Collection tabs in the Transceiver Toolkit?

Description

Due to a problem in the Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 24.2 and earlier, the Transceiver Toolkit can only open 10 Collection tabs at a time.

Resolution

This problem is fixed beginning with the Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 24.3.1.
