Why am I unable to detect a user MSI-X from the Multi Channel DMA Intel® FPGA IP for PCI Express in the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 22.2 and earlier?

Description

Due to a problem in the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 22.2 and earlier, the user MSI-X feature in the Multi Channel DMA Intel® FPGA IP for PCI Express is not functional.

Resolution

This problem is fixed starting with the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 22.3.
