How can I tell if a Raw Binary File (.rbf) is a PR Bitstream File?

A customer can tell if a Raw Binary File (.rbf) is a PR Bitstream File by following the information below.

Resolution

A PR Bitstream will start with the value 0x97566593 at offset 0x000
AND
Have the value 0x5052(PR) at offset 0x00C.
