HPS ip configuration in platform designer for uart0 enabling in arria 10 soc

I have software tools Quartus prime pro 26.1, soc eds 20.1 and linaro baremetal tool chain. Now i configure the HPs ip for uart0 enabling but i am not sure wether it is correct or not, can you pleas...

Yes, i need your guidance to do the above things in using soc eds 20.1 and linaro baremetal tool chain.
And i have one more quesion is these steps are common for cyclone v soc also, or we need to follow different approach to generate .axf file and booting process.
[ Note: The main thing is we  do all these thing in windows not in linux]
And could you please confirm the configuration of ip's in platform designer for HPS UART0 provided as image files in first post is ok, or need to modify anything.
