5CSEBA2U无法识别QSPI flash芯片

客户这边使用的soc核心板出现问题，核心板HRST灯一直闪烁无法正常启动，之前装置是现场运行正常的，后来出现问题返修，电源都正常，QSPI芯片也换过新的，FPGA也重新换过，都无法修复，麻烦AE帮忙分析一下问题可能出现在哪。

    There is a problem with the soc core board used by the customer. The HRST light of the core board keeps flashing and cannot be started normally. The device was running normally on site before, and then it was repaired after a problem, and the power supply was normal. The QSPI chip was also replaced with a new one, and the FPGA was also replaced. However, it cannot be repaired, please help AE to analyze where the problem may occur.

    -How did you perform the power up?

    -You said it was repaired after a problem, what is the problem? What was being the repaired?
