5CSEBA2U无法识别QSPI flash芯片

客户这边使用的soc核心板出现问题，核心板HRST灯一直闪烁无法正常启动，之前装置是现场运行正常的，后来出现问题返修，电源都正常，QSPI芯片也换过新的，FPGA也重新换过，都无法修复，麻烦AE帮忙分析一下问题可能出现在哪。
