writing into socfpga

does using .rpd file is only way to configure soc without changing MSEL to JTAG mode? is there any other way?

Hi,

file.rpd is generated from (.pof) with the Convert Programming Files dialog box on the File menu or the quartus_cpf utility.

So, this is only way for now to configure without change the MSEL.
