10Ge MAC AFU support has been removed from 2.0.1 released. If you would like to use the example design then I would recommend you to use version 2.0. If not you will need to create your own design for 10Ge MAC by following the user guide in https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/programmable/documentation/jwy1547743944185.html
