Where to download Altera Megacore IP Library

Hi
I have purchased Altera DE0-Nano and I'm trying to run Quartus II Web edition 14.1.

According to installation list, "Altera Megacore IP Library" should be installed.
However, I can't find it anywhere.

Can anybody share the download link please?

    The Altera Megacore IP Library should be installed with the Quartus software.

    You can find the IP library in the <Quartus installation directory>\quartus\libraries\megafunctions
