Where is "fpga_designer.zip" mentioned in 4-hour FPGA course manual?

I'm trying to work through the first lab in the "Become an FPGA Designer in 4 Hours" course, and the manual says I need to "get the fpga_designer.zip file." Does anyone know where I can download this...
