Weblicense is a float license

It happened while working in the train that a compilation was not successful : The current license does not support this operation. The same compilation was successful 15 minutes later, online again....

only to be sure. Is your installed Quartus version a web edition downloaded from Altera or is it a full version where the license has expired ?
